When I’m lucky enough to find these damaged vintage quilts, I like to rescue them and remake them into these beautiful garlands.

Where to hang your garland?

They just don’t make cotton fabrics like they used to. These gorgeous prints and slightly faded colors bring so much joy and inspiration. I love to imagine the original quilter taking her time, collecting each fabric, sewing each circle, piece by piece. I like to think that handmade items carry the energy of the maker’s hands within them, and maybe some of the dreams they dreamed while making them.
