SHIPPING

Featherweight Studio ships all US orders free of charge.  After you place your order you will receive an email notification that it is being processed.  Please allow 5-7 business days for your goods to ship & another week for your package to arrive safely.

INTERNATIONAL & EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Contact me if you need international or expedited shipping. Your international shipping cost is an estimate. If the final postage cost is significantly different from the initial charge, I may have to separately invoice you for the difference (or refund you for the overage).  If you need your package quickly and want to arrange expidited shipping, please contact me.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are difficult & costly for a small business, so I try to provide accurate photos, measurements & details so you can make your best decisions when purchasing.  Please utilize the size guides & measurements in each clothing listing, and contact me if you have questions. I'm happy to provide additional photos and information to help you make your decision. 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or unsatisfactory, PLEASE contact me.   It’s important for me to make things right with my customers who I love & appreciate. 

If you need to make a return, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package. If I cannot make a satisfactory exchange, I will issue a refund less the cost of postage for the returned package.  Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment once the returned item(s) arrives.

I'm unable to give full refunds if a package is lost or stolen, or damaged. I ship most packages with tracking numbers, and some with insurance.  In the event of a lost or damaged package, I encourage you to reach out to your local post office & I'll do everything I can to help.
